Our Policies

As expected, all of the crafted work we have here is handmade by Lea Lysett and Marlene DeGrood, we employ no one to do any part of the process. Each item is unique and made with love and care to be the best it can be upon itself. We use only the finest crystals and gems we can find and never use dyed or fake stones. Some of our materials are purchased from online gemstone dealers but we also buy a lot directly from dealers at the gem shows we attend. We pride ourselves in the quality of our materials and the final result of our labor of love. Resin does not always behave the same when contacting the crystal, metals and the sides of the molds in Orgone Generators. This is a lengthly process and involves a lot of hand sanding …. slight irregularities and minor pitting are characteristic of the materials that we use, they should in no way indicate defectiveness, but be appreciated for its unique beauty. Bottom line is that we will not sell any item that we would not display in our home with pride. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

We display 4 or 5 photos and a detailed description for each item along with measurements to minimize any chance of expecting something other than what you will receive. We have a 3 day refund policy allowing you ample time to inspect your purchase. In the unlikely event you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please email us upon inspection, within the 3 days, and we will give you instructions to return. Customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking info.  In over 5,000 sales we have only had one item damaged in shipping. We do everything possible to package these to endure the rough ride through the postal system, however, should your package arrived damaged, simply let us know so we may arrange an insurance claim or, for uninsured items, arrange for either a replacement or full refund. IMPORTANT … Please keep all packaging, and do not discard a damaged item, as the insurance company may require a photo of the damage
